Hold the tape measure straight, flat on your skin and snug, but not too tight.
Commit to either centimeters (cms) or inches (in)
Choosing measurements, always round up to the nearest half or whole number e.g. 26.5 or 27.
Measure twice for accuracy.

- Measure the fullest part of your bust.
- Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
- Measure around the fullest part of your bottom.
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder
- Measure straight down to desired garment length
- For dresses: measure to where you want the hem to fall
- For tops: measure to desired bottom edge
